As the Creative Director for The Sign Dude in Medford, Oregon for more than eight years, I led a talented team of designers while also serving as the lead creative voice within the company. My role went far beyond project oversight—I was responsible for setting the artistic vision, ensuring brand consistency, and driving innovation across a wide range of design projects.
In addition to directing the creative output, I acted as a mentor to the design staff, fostering growth through hands-on training, constructive feedback, and professional development. This balance of leadership and collaboration not only elevated the quality of our work but also empowered the team to push boundaries and approach every project with fresh, strategic creativity.
